20" Peruvian Virgin Remy AAAAA Grade Human Hair Extensions Weft

Virgin hair is the best type of hair your money can buy and will last for years not just months. All our Virgin hair is "Remy" which means it is cuticle correct (all the cuticles face the same way as your own hair) so that the hair stays soft and tangle free for the life of your extensions.

The name "Virgin" means that the hair is still in its pure form and it hasnt been dyed/bleached or chemically treated in any way. It is completely un-processed and has just been cleaned before being made into a weft. Because of this the hair stays softer and lasts much longer with great shine. Virgin hair is the Ferrari of the human hair world. It is absolutely gorgeous and extremely soft and sleek.

These wefts are single drawn to create a natural taper and blend seamlessly with your own hair although there is still a good ratio of long hair so the ends are full and not wispy barely-there like many other brands (please see pictures for reference).

5A grade the hair can last in excess of 2 years if cared for correctly.

You will need approximately two packs for a full head but this can vary depending on how thick your hair is, how wide your head is, how much hair you have, the method used to fit them and how thick you want the extensions.

Payment Methods Accepted

Paypal: Orders will be processed once payment has cleared. Please be aware that PayPal will sometimes hold payments immediately for 24 hours whilst they review the transaction.  Orders will not be processed until the funds are released.

Paypal eCheques: Orders will be processed once the eCheque has cleared. This can take anything from 3-14 working days.

Cheques: Cheques take 5 WORKING DAYS to clear and should be made payable to S Wood. Orders will be processed once payment has cleared.

Postal Orders: Please send UNCROSSED postal orders via recorded delivery. Orders will be processed once the postal order has been received.

Please include your name, address, item name and details with your payment when sending any kind of money through the post. Failure to do so will delay the dispatch of your order.

Fees, Customs & Tax

All postage must be paid by customer and is non-refundable - this includes returns.

International items may be subject to customs charges, VAT and/or Import duty charges. These are un-foreseeable and must be paid by the buyer.

UK & International Shipping

Worldwide shipping: International items will take longer to arrive and delivery times will vary for each destination (typically 3-28 working days). Please check online at www.royalmail.co.uk for specific information regarding delivery times to your country.

Inland UK postage: Items can be sent via standard post (3-5 working day delivery), 2nd class (2-4 working days delivery) or 1st class (1-3 working days delivery) post. These delivery times are an estimate provided by royal mail and do not include our handling time.
Items valued at £49 and above will be sent via a form of tracked or insured delivery.

Recorded Delivery (1st and 2nd Class) insures items up to the value of £49 and requires a signature upon delivery. This is not a tracked service.

Special Delivery insures items up to the value of £500. This is a tracked service and the tracking number can be provided upon request. This service requires a signature on delivery and guarantees your item will be with you the next working day before 1pm after it was posted.

Delivery & Handling Time

Handling and delivery times are NOT the same thing. Handling is the time BEFORE the item is posted. Delivery is the time taken AFTER the item is posted. THIS INCLUDES RECORDED AND SPECIAL DELIVERY ITEMS.

We are unable to get to the post office everyday so if you pay for special delivery please do not expect the item to arrive the next day - it will be posted asap. You will receive the item the next day AFTER it has been posted, not from when you purchase it. You can contact us for exact delivery dates.

We try to post all items out within 2 working days unless otherwise stated. If there is a problem with your order and we are unable to get it out to you within our stated handling time then we will contact you within 24 hours to advise you of this.

We do not post on Mondays, weekends or bank holidays.

Please contact us if you require an item for a certain date and we will be able to let you know if this will be possible.

Refunds & Returns

DSR ACT & YOUR RIGHT TO RETURN: As part of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations Act 2000 you have the right to return your product for a refund provided you give us written notice (email) within 7 business days from the day on which you receive the goods.  Also as part of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 certain goods by reason of their nature cannot be returned and with regards to our hair extensions your right to return is only valid if the hair extensions have not been removed from their original packaging, are in their original brand new sealed condition and the tamper evident seal/guarantee void seal/packaging has not been tampered with.

Once the tamper evident/guarantee void seal has been removed or the packaging tampered with you will not be able to return your extensions for a refund or exchange. (If you return products that have been removed from the packaging, or a product that has been worn, you will be liable to pay the return postage back to you as they will not be accepted for hygiene reasons). Hair must be returned within 7 days from the date you received it to be eligible for a refund.

Please note: The Russian and European hair cannot be returned as this hair has to be custom ordered.

We sell colour rings and offer a colour matching service to ensure buyers choose the correct colour to avoid returns. Please see below for more details.

Accessories and equipment can be returned and exchanged or refunded within 7 business days as long as they are kept in perfect, unused condition and in their original packaging.

RETURN COSTS & RE-STOCK FEE:

THE POSTAGE COSTS ARE FREE BECAUSE THE COST OF  POSTAGE IS INCLUDED IN THE LISTED PRICE. IF YOU WISH TO RETURN AN ITEM THAT IS NOT FAULTY, YOUR REFUND WILL BE ISSUED MINUS THE POSTAGE IT COST US TO SEND YOU THE ITEM.

You will need to pay the cost of the return postage and the goods are your responsibility until they have been received by us; a form of tracked and insured postage is recommended. All items returned after 7 working days will be rejected.

If you are returning your item from outside of the European Union your postal service will provide you with a customs form, which needs to be visible on your returned parcel.  You MUST clearly write the following on the customs form: RETURNED ITEM NO DUTIES.  If you fail to do this your item will be returned back to you before it reaches us.

If you are returning the item for a replacement or exchange, the exchange postage costs incurred will be payable by you, the customer.

Other Important Information

We are an online, web based company only and as such we cannot offer a "collection" service. All our items are for delivery only.

We will NOT post to an unconfirmed address. The only address we will ever post to is the one you have registered with eBay and PayPal and which comes up on our invoice for you after you have clicked by it now. This is to ensure we are covered by both eBay and PayPal’s seller protection policy. NO EXCEPTIONS.

FEEDBACK: We would greatly appreciate it if you could leave feedback for us upon receipt of your item and we would appreciate a 5* DSR rating however if you feel you cannot give that then please contact us with your comments as to why and suggestions on how you feel we could improve our service. Every problem has a solution and we want our buyers to be happy and of course, come back again but we cannot help if you do not contact us.

Colour Rings & The Colour Matching Service

We understand that trying to match your colour from a computer screen is difficult so we sell colour rings for this purpose under hair extension accessories.

We also offer a colour matching service which will suit those who only wish to buy one or two wefts. Just send us small hair sample (either of your hair or some old extensions that match) and we will match your colour for you and email you with the closest match. If you wish to do this, please include your name, email address and the full title of the hair you want the sample matching up to (as we have many types available each with their own colour ring). Please email us for our address.

Please be aware that the colours stated in the listing and shown on the online colour charts are offered as a guide only and can vary depending on the resolution & brightness of your computer. Also, colour shades can and do differ for each type of hair and supplier so a colour on one colour ring won’t necessarily be the same colour number on all colour rings which is why we sell a different colour ring for each type of hair we sell.
