Please Note:

Hair lengths are measured by stretching the hair out over a frame, and measured to the longest length.  (E.g. Curly hair length is for when it’s stretched but not when it’s wavy or curly). This is a standard procedure carried out throughout the global hair industry.  

Please buy the correct length of hair for you - if you measure your own hair at 20 inches, or if you want a finished hanging length of 20 inches, you should buy 22 inch hair to match this length across the weft bundle.

Many of our customers prefer to purchase different lengths of hair for a more natural layered look. From our experience this tends to blend in better with your own hair.

Following are general guidance for caring humanhair products. For specific instructions, you could consult your hair stylist.

Guidelines

1. Wash and condition hair regularly

2. Detangle hair gently before washing. Do not rubor twist hair

3. Add mild shampoo to cool water and swish hairtill clean. Rinse thoroughly.

4. Blot out excess water with towel and allow hairto dry naturally. Do not expose to sun

5. Comb curly hair gently with your fingers. Do notbrush

6. Brush straighter hair in a downward motionstraight with the ends. Work your way up to the roots.

7. Wear a cap when swimming or keep your hair out of water. Chlorine andsalt water can cause the hair to tangle and mat up. It is recommended to wearyour hair up or in a ponytail when you swim and exercise.

8. Hair may tangle if general care directions arenot followed properly.

9. Braid the hair at night to prevent tangling.(Very important)

Q. How many packs of hair do I need?

A: Each hair bundle weighs 100g

Hair is soldby weight, so longer lengths will have fewer strands, (that is - Weft trackshortens as the hair length increases).

If you like full head of hair - You will need 3 weft bundlesof shorter lengths for a full head, and 4 wefts of the longer lengths. You mayalso want to add a matching lace closure to complete your glamorous look (Check out closure here).

A singleweft bundle will NOT be enough to give you a full head of hair.  We sellsingle bundles so that you can select the size combination you want to completeyour new look.

Onebundle is not enough for a full head of hair!  For average head size, werecommend:

12"-18":3 bundles or more depending on the style you want

22"-28":4 bundles or more depending on the style you want - if you want a lot of hairat maximum length you might want to buy 5 bundles.  4 bundles will giveyou a full head of hair

If you are adding tracks to your own hair, one packis enough for four to five tracks up to 18" hair length. If you aregetting the hair bonded one pack is enough for four to five tracks up to18" hair length. If you are getting fusion or micro then you will need toconsult your stylist.

Q. What type of hair care products should I use?

A: Treat this hair just as if itwas your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products.Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so useleave in conditioners. You can also use products like gel and hair spray tokeep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in theseproducts in for a long time.

Q. Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?

A: Your Hair Extensions can tangledue to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt-water, chlorine and not combing(wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. Make sure to wash & condition yourhair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops orconsult your stylist for more help. It could also be the hair you purchased, isnot 100% virgin human hair, the hair may tangle sooner and not last you as longas our 100% virgin hair.

Q. How long does it last?

A: This hair can last for a verylong time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair andtake very good care of it, for it to last longer.

Many hair experts prefer Brazilian or Indian hairbecause it is beautiful and unprocessed which makes it last longer than anyother kind of hair.

Q. Remy and Virgin hair, What are the difference?

A: The term Remy is used to describe extensions thathave all the hair cuticles lined up and pointed in the same direction - rootsat the top and ends at the bottom - just like how your natural hair is. This reallymeans the hair is less prone to matting and tangling and the hair remains silkyand soft.  

Virginhair hasnt been coloured or processed in any way, but it will have been washedand lightly conditioned, just like you would treat your own hair. Virgin hairis collected by tying off the hair to maintain the direction of the cuticle andthen cut. After the hair is cut and collected it is sewn on a weft, pre-bonded,made into wigs or left in bulk form.
