Shipment

We ship all goods within 48 hours upon receipt of payment (except holiday and weekend). We ship by epacket from China by China post, arrive to US about 7-25 days, Usually you can receive the package  within 15-30 Working days, but sometimes it may takes about 35 Working Days to arrive. We can give you tracking number for logistics information. It mostly due to the post office. Its international shipment and will take longer time due to the holidays or customs inspection or bad weather. If you want speedy post,Please select international express. Also,the package may delay when in some important festival ( for example: the Spring festival and Christmas day, Chinese National day) or natural disaster ( for example: volcanic explosion, dense fog and so on) & Postal strike. Hair Care

1.Be ready for everything and wet the hair with warm water

2.Soak the hair with mild shampoo for a few minutes

3.Rinse the hair in clear water once

4.Do it again to make sure the hair is clean

5.Cover the hair with the towel to soak up the water on it

6.Hang the hair with the weft open and air-dry it and curls hold well

Q1:How long dose it last?

A1:this hair can last for a very long timedepending on you maintain it.Treat it

      like your own hair and take good care of it.

Q3:Why the colors of hair extensions dont seem exactly as the pictures show or

      description says?

A3:Different monitor have different display. And every time, maybe the same

      color No. will have a little color different.
Q4:Can they be straightened, curled?

A4:Treat the hair as if it is your own. Use a flat iron/straightener or tongs, even

      when fitted, but as with your own hair, never use hot tools too often as you

      could dry the hair and it will not last as long.
Q5:Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?

A5:Your Hair Extensions can tangle due to being to dryness.Make sure to wash

      & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better.
