We do understand that sometimes a product just doesnt quite fit, so if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you are free to return the product for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Hair Extensions are a hygiene product so should be returned in the same condition as received. Please note that we cannot accept any used/worn or tempered product. Please check the length before removing extensions from their packaging. If any part of the packaging has been removed, we reserve the right to refuse exchange / refund.

Refunds are given less any postage cost as standard, unless the item is defective on receipt in which case we will refund you the postage cost.

Hair Care:

Our extensions are made from 100% Remy Human Hair, however they have to cared for slightly differently than your own hair. We have made a quick summary of hair extensions do’s and don’ts for you.

DO’s

• You can curl, tong & straighten (GHDs) them. Always apply heat protection spray before using straighteners on them.
• You can wash hair extensions.
• You can dye them upto two shades darker, but do not lighten or bleach them. We recommend to perform a strip test on a small piece of the hair first. Once hair has been dyed we cannot be held responsible for the dying process.

  DONT’s
  

  • Don’t use products containing alcohol as they can dry out the extensions.
  • Don’t use shampoo designed for volume or for dyed hair
  • Dont wear your extensions to bed; always take them out first
  • Do not store your extensions in the plastic packaging. Store them in cotton or a breathable material.
